Kybella Treatment

First, a local anesthetic will be administered to numb the treatment area. Then, the treatment is administered by a local injection to the fat pad under the chin. The treatment area varies by patient. Each person is unique and the number of treatments you will need depends on your case. Some patients may experience mild pain and swelling immediately following the procedure, but this resides quickly.

One month after your double chin treatment, you will begin to see results, and these will continue to progress with additional sessions. Unlike with surgery, there is no downtime, and the results are gradual rather than drastic.

CoolMini Treatment

CoolMini is a handpiece that delivers cold technology to the treatment area to get rid of double chin fat. It is a good option for patients who do not want to undergo surgery or don’t tolerate injections well.

Each session is around 60 minutes and patients may experience mild discomfort and swelling. Since the device is a set size, it is not as customizable as Kybella. However, CoolMini has a unique ability to treat other stubborn areas of fat like under the arms and knees.

Does CoolSculpting Work?

CoolSculpting has the ability to eliminate up to 24% of fat cells in the treated area. Women and men can expect to see visible slimming and sculpting effects within 4-6 weeks.

Results will continue to improve and usually peak by 12 weeks.

I read many reviews before deciding to try coolsculpt for myself. Some reviews were positive, some were negative. The negative ones said “didn’t work for me.” I am so glad I tried it myself because my results are more than I imagined.
