What Fillers Can Improve
Fillers are used to restore support and improve facial balance in areas affected by volume loss or structural change over time. They can help refine contours, support the midface, improve jawline or chin definition, soften folds, and enhance features like the lips while maintaining proportion. The goal is not to change your appearance, but to create subtle, balanced improvements that look natural and age well. Treatment plans are tailored to your individual features and goals.
A Thoughtful Approach to Filler
When you’re considering fillers, your goal isn’t to change your face—you want to look refreshed, balanced, and confident. Our dermatology-led approach focuses on structural support and proportion to create natural-looking results.
We use fillers strategically to restore the foundation of the face, not to chase trends or create artificial volume. This approach helps ensure results that remain subtle, harmonious, and age well.
When Biostimulation Is the Better Option
In some cases, restoring structure isn’t about adding volume—it’s about improving the quality and support of your skin over time.
Biostimulating treatments, such as Sculptra, Radiesse, or PRF, help support collagen production and improve skin quality gradually. These options are often recommended when subtle, progressive improvement is more appropriate than immediate volume.
Sculptra® (Poly-L-lactic Acid)
Sculptra works by stimulating your body’s own collagen production over time. It’s used to gradually restore structure and improve skin quality, making it well suited for patients who prefer subtle, progressive results rather than immediate volume.
Radiesse® (Hyperdilute / “HD Radiesse”)
Hyperdilute Radiesse is used to stimulate collagen and improve skin texture and firmness rather than add volume. It’s commonly used in areas like the lower face, neck, or body where skin quality and support are the primary goals.
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)
PRF uses your body’s own platelets and growth factors to support collagen production and improve skin quality over time. It’s often used in areas like the under-eyes or for overall skin support when subtle, gradual improvement is preferred.
Common Treatment Areas
Cheek + Midface Support
Restore structure that softens under-eye hollowness and refreshes the face.
Chin + Jawline Contour
Improve definition and balance the lower face.
Lip Structure + Definition
Enhance shape and symmetry while keeping lips proportional.
Nasolabial Folds + Marionette Areas
Refine deeper creases caused by volume shifts—without overfilling.
Non-Surgical Profile Balancing
Small, precise enhancements that improve overall harmony.
Refinement + Touch-Ups
Subtle adjustments to maintain consistency over time.
Important
We do not overfill or chase trends like excessive cheek volume or “pillow” lips. Subtle, proportional results look better—both now and over time.

Before Your Appointment
To reduce the risk of bruising, swelling, and other complications, and to support the best possible results:
- Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, alcohol, fish oil, vitamin E) for 48–72 hours prior, if medically safe
- Avoid intense exercise, saunas, or heat exposure for 24 hours before treatment
- Arrive with a clean face — avoid makeup and heavy skincare
- Inform your provider of all medications, supplements, allergies, or prior filler treatments
- Inform your provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Postpone treatment if you have active skin infections, cold sores, or feel unwell
After Treatment
To minimize side effects and ensure optimal results:
- Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging treated areas for 24–48 hours unless instructed
- Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and excessive heat for 24–48 hours
- Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours
- Avoid pressure on treated areas (including facials, dental work, or tight headwear) for several days
- Sleep on your back the first night when possible
- You may gently cleanse your face and resume normal skincare the following day
Results are visible immediately, with refinement as swelling resolves over 1–2 weeks. Final outcomes should be assessed at that time, with any adjustments made only after the product has fully settled.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Your Top Questions, Clearly Answered.
Will I look “filled” or overdone?
No. Our approach is conservative and proportion-focused. You will still look like yourself — simply more refreshed.
How long do fillers last?
Most fillers last 9–18 months depending on the area and type. Structural areas tend to last longer.
Is filler the right choice for me?
If you need support, structure, or contour, yes. If you need collagen stimulation or under-eye improvement, we may recommend PRF or Sculptra instead.
Do fillers hurt?
Most patients feel mild pressure but not pain; numbing is provided when needed.
Can I combine fillers with other treatments?
Absolutely — fillers often pair with neuromodulators or bio-stimulation for the best overall harmony.
