Office Notice on COVID-19

Firstly, we want to say we sincerely hope you, your friends and family are healthy during these potentially stressful times.

**IMPORTANT: In an effort to keep both our patients and staff healthy, we ask that if you have traveled outside of the United States in the last 2 weeks or are having symptoms of a cold or the flu (coughing, fever, shortness of breath), please call to reschedule your appointment. Thank you!

We want to reassure you that we are committed to clinical and safety needs of every patient and our staff.

Our staff is disinfecting surfaces constantly, especially following each contact point with a patient, throughout our office.

We are going to do our best to limit your time in our waiting room and provide you a room upon arrival-Please don’t bring any additional people with you- If you do, please ask them to wait in the chairs across from the elevator.

 We are doing everything we can to avoid closing our office as the COVID-19 coronavirus impacts our community.

During this outbreak, we ask that you keep your appointments. If you cannot, please let us know in advance so we can reschedule you and have our team help other patients.
