Longevity Is Built on Strength and Function
Long-term health and vitality depend on more than appearance. Muscle strength, core stability, pelvic floor function, and body composition all play a critical role in mobility, confidence, and quality of life over time.
Our Wellness + Longevity services focus on supporting physical function, resilience, and independence using non-invasive, medical-grade technologies and clinically guided care.
Core Strengthening
A strong core supports posture, balance, movement, and injury prevention. Weakness can contribute to back pain, instability, and reduced physical performance.
Emsculpt NEO®
Emsculpt NEO uses focused electromagnetic energy to induce powerful muscle contractions that strengthen and build muscle.
Each 30-minute session produces the equivalent of approximately 20,000 contractions—far beyond what can be achieved through voluntary exercise alone.
The treatment includes a recovery phase designed to reduce lactic acid buildup, helping minimize next-day soreness.
Common treatment areas include:
- Abdomen
- Glutes
- Arms
- Thighs
Pelvic Floor Health
Pelvic floor strength plays a key role in bladder control, core stability, and sexual function. Weakness can occur with pregnancy, menopause, aging, prostate-related changes, or other medical conditions.
Emsella®
Emsella delivers targeted electromagnetic stimulation to strengthen pelvic floor muscles while the patient remains fully clothed and seated. A single 28-minute session delivers the equivalent of approximately 11,000 Kegel contractions.
Emsella may support:
- Bladder control
- Core-to-floor stability
- Sexual wellness and function in both women and men
- Confidence and comfort in daily activities
Targeted Fat Reduction
Changes in hormones, metabolism, and activity level can make certain fat deposits resistant to diet and exercise.
CoolSculpting® Elite
CoolSculpting Elite uses controlled cooling to reduce stubborn fat in targeted areas without surgery or downtime. It is designed for localized fat reduction—not weight loss.
Dual applicators allow two areas to be treated simultaneously, improving efficiency and reducing total treatment time.
Fat reduction is often combined with strength-based treatments to support balanced body composition.
Metabolic Health + Weight Loss
Weight loss and metabolic health are influenced by hormones, appetite regulation, and energy balance—not just diet and exercise alone.
Our medically supervised weight loss programs use GLP-1–based therapies as part of a structured, individualized approach to weight management.
Initial consultations include a review of medical history, BMI, and overall health status, along with eligibility screening when clinically appropriate. Treatment planning includes a discussion of risks, benefits, and alternatives.
Programs may include:
- Prescription medication when appropriate
- Baseline and follow-up laboratory evaluation
- 3D body composition analysis
- Ongoing clinical monitoring and management
Weight loss is approached as part of overall health and longevity—not as a standalone or cosmetic solution.
Objective Progress Tracking
We use Styku 3D body scanning to establish a baseline and monitor changes over time across treatments such as Emsculpt NEO®, CoolSculpting®, and medically supervised weight loss programs.
This allows us to:
- Track changes in treated areas objectively
- Measure progress beyond the scale
- Support realistic expectations
- Guide treatment planning
A Thoughtful, Individualized Approach
Longevity care is not one-size-fits-all. Muscle strength, pelvic floor function, body composition, metabolic health, lifestyle, and health history all influence long-term outcomes.
Our approach focuses on evidence-based, non-invasive therapies and medically guided care that support strength, function, metabolic health, and overall quality of life.
Begin a medically guided plan focused on strength, function, and long-term health.
