Appointment Changes & Provider Availability
In rare cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to provider illness or other unforeseen circumstances. We understand this can be frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding as we prioritize patient safety and quality of care.
While we will always do our best to reschedule you as promptly as possible, the practice is unable to reimburse travel, lodging, transportation, lost wages, or other related expenses associated with appointment changes.
