About the Role

Reston Dermatology + Cosmetic Center is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. As one of the first people our patients interact with, you’ll play a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping patients navigate both medical dermatology and cosmetic services.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in healthcare, aesthetics, patient care, sales, marketing, or practice management.

This is not a traditional receptionist position. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, initiative, problem-solving ability, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional patient experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist patients throughout their experience with our practice
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and consultations
  • Educate patients about our services, treatments, and skincare products
  • Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
  • Check patients in and out and process payments
  • Verify insurance benefits
  • Utilize CRM and patient communication systems
  • Help create an exceptional patient experience at every interaction
  • Support the daily operations of a busy dermatology + cosmetic practice
